What we check
- Whether the hotel is open and still under the name and operator we list.
- Whether the address in the entry is the one the operator itself publishes.
- What the shared rooms are, taken from the hotel’s own material.
- How the building is reached, and whether that access is seasonal.
- Which questions the hotel answers by email rather than on its pages.
Entries are read again when a hotel changes hands, moves or rebuilds, and the month in the line at the end of each entry shows when the text was last checked against its sources. If something here has gone out of date, a short note is the fastest way to fix it. The working method is set out in About The Guide.
